How many delegates can an establishment have?
It varies by platform, and most allow multiple delegates with differing permissions. We recommend not expanding without need and reviewing the delegate list periodically.
Can a delegate be given partial permissions?
Yes, and that is the correct approach. A delegate can be granted one specific action only — such as iqama renewals without the ability to transfer sponsorships or amend establishment data.
How do I revoke a previous delegation?
Delegation can be revoked at any time from the same platform. We strongly recommend revoking departing employees' delegations immediately, since permissions remain live until explicitly cancelled.
Is a delegation legally binding on the establishment?
Yes. Actions a delegate takes within their permissions are treated as issued by the establishment and bind it — so choose delegates carefully and scope permissions precisely.
